INSURANCE & PAYMENTS
We currently accept the following insurance:
We will collect payment for all services prior to any treatment based on insurance estimates. Our office works with most dental insurance plans and will be happy to assist you in verifying plan coverage, submitting claims electronically, and working to ensure the timely processing of claims. However, it is ultimately the patient’s responsibility for knowing what is covered and what is excluded from his or her dental plan.
Be advised, we are an OUT OF NETWORK Provider. We bill your insurance as a courtesy to you, but our fees do not always equate to insurance reimbursement rates. Any discrepancy will show up on a statement you will receive in the mail from your insurance company.
We will verify insurance coverage for you prior to your appointment, as long as you provide us with the needed information.
- Same Day Insurance Verification: We make every effort to verify information as quickly as possible for walk in’s and same day appointments. However, with some insurance companies, we are unable to provide same day verification.
Once Your insurance has been verified:
- We process all insurance company claims, pre-treatment estimates, and appeals.
- We submit all claims (no paperwork for you) and you pay any estimated remaining balance. Once your dental insurance company remits payment for your treatment (typically within 2-3 weeks), we will attempt to collect the remaining balance (if any) via our internal collections process.
